Continuiing the conversation. The fan was off with the previous thermostat when the heat was on. The fan should only run when a/c is on. The fan is now running constantly with the new nest learning. (i have forced hot water for heat). I have turned off every button in the schedule. I have set the fan schedule to the minimum and it still is on. How do you get the fan OFF? There is a wire to the G from the wire that runs the A/C system. There is a second wire to the nest from the heat system to the Rh and the W. The systems in my house are totally separate.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking if you have a C wire installed to your device? You may need to also check your settings inside the app by following these steps.

Under Device Settings -> Thermostat
Under Equipment -> Heat Configuration
Under Fan activation -> You might need to set to [Don't activate]
