Hi Countrylife88,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?

How is your Nest Thermostat wired?

What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat wired? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Ok so I’ve had my first gen thermostat for a few years. Last year it worked great. So I changed my password on my nest account and had to reset my nest thermostat, and it has not been right since. Cool Air works great, but when I turn the heat on, the fan outside comes on and works for like 3 minutes and then cuts off. As soon as the fan goes off outside is when my unit no longer blows warm air. Do I have a wrong wire somewhere? Please help
