I have error code H72, no power to unit. It is hard wired. I have take dial off an charged manually, still made not difference.

No issues with installation, until has worked perfectly for 3yrs. No power cuts or electrical work done to the house. I have checked fuse board and nothing tripped. 240v into receiver box but no lights on and remains unresponsive.

Any ideas? I have a disabled child and I cannot be without heating or hot water.

Thank you for your posting.

Give these steps a whirl:

Ensure that the wires are connected properly.
Remove the thermostat display from its base and check if any connector pins are bent.
If the issue persists, contact a pro installer to discuss your options.
