nest thermostat online app not able to see or change current temperature .

hi, I am using a nest thermostat and when i connect online through the web browser i cannot see the current temperature or change it. the only thing displayed is home symbol with outside temperature until clicked on then this changes to having the home or away display symbols? i believe the unit is set up correctly but not sure what to check next.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your Nest Thermostat from the Nest web page. I'm happy to help.

Make sure that you're logged in with the right email address associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Also, if you have access to the Nest App, you can verify the account used under its settings.

Please check out this guide on how to switch home structures and let us know if that works.
