Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help.

Setting up Google Nest devices remotely is not yet available. However, you could try asking for permission to share their email account for the Nest Thermostat, so that once you've added it, all they have to do is login on the app with the same email address that was used for setup.

Please follow the steps on this page on how to set up a Nest Thermostat, and let us know if you need more help.
