Switched to heat a month ago and all seemed fine. About 2 weeks ago, we started getting e102 error messages. We checked the wire, took it out, repositioned it, restarted the thermostat. It worked fine for a few hours and then we got the same error message. We restart the nest and it works fine for a bit but eventually sends the same error message.
