Thermostat is running, however the heat is not

Our thermostat is on and orange (for heat) but no heat is coming out of vents, nothing turns on. The thermostat has no error code. It currently says I ran my heat for 21 hours yesterday, which it never did.

I uninstalled in app. Disconnected from the wall. Once it went back to the port heat would turn on and run for a few minutes.

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

To isolate:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
When did the heating last work?
What wiring connections does it have on its base?
Please check the power readouts on its settings under "technical info."
