I am not a techi person so I do not know how to find, change battery …I do not have Wi-Fi connect and have low battery issue

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking which Nest Thermostat you own? If you own a Nest Thermostat 2020, you can follow the link here for more details. If you own any other, you will want to follow this link, as you will need to charge the device using a USB port. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
