Here we go again. Heating on nest thermostat won't stay connected. I would like to say it's **bleep**e but it's no where near that good . What a waste of money

Hi @Greenbackchap. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'd like to help you out. Let's start with a few questions:

What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
Did the issue happen during installation or after installation? Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a regular installer?
Are there any lights on the Heat Link? Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode?
Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
How many thermostats do you have?

I've put the thermostat in the bedroom working of the WiFi booster. It's been on for over a week now with no errors

This is just awesome, probably due to the interference around, the signal was disturbed and the connection lost. As you placed closer to the booster, helped the signal.
