E74 Nest error code

System is less than 6 months old. The downstairs Nest is giving me anE74 code. When home, checked for tripped switches in panel box Removed thermostat, removed red wire and reinserted. Thermostat then gave me a normal screen reading and I left. Within 10 minutes, I see there’s another E74 code.

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are getting an E74 error, there is a chance you are not getting any power to the Rh wire. I found an article that has some troubleshooting steps. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
