Beaner5, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: Is this your first time setting up your thermostat? What phone are you using to set it up (Android, iOS)? Have you tried force closing the Google Home app, then restart your phone to refresh the device? If that doesn't work, try to use a different phone to isolate it.
