Google Nest Temperature Sensors

I bought a google nest and two temperature sensors about a year ago. My ex set it up and created an account. Well, we are no longer together. I have reset the Google Nest, created my own account, but I haven’t been able to hook the sensors due to them being linked to his account. Is there anything I can do? I don’t want to buy more, they aren’t cheap.

Hi Wwhit22,

Thanks for posting. Give these steps a try:

To perform a full reset, remove the battery from the sensor for 5 minutes and then put it back.
Unpair and pair the sensor back to the account.
