Hello . I want to buy nest thermostat and i want to ask if nest will be compatible with my existing wiring. I uploaded a photo of my current thermostat.

This wiring looks like high-voltage which is not compatible with a nest thermostat. Can you tell me where this thermostat is mounted and what kind of unit you have, gas or electric?
