Please can someone help. For some strange reason I have lost the thermostat control on my mobile home app... it was there now its disappeared!!

Tried to find it...no luck

Any ideas?

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
Can you still control it stand alone?
What message are you seeing on the app?

Hi Edward, I did some trouble shooting with technical support. It was determined that it needs replacing. Thankfully it is still under warranty. Thanks for reaching out.
