      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have nest from 3 month and l thing it's something wrong with power supply to my nest. After 3 month nest showing my notifications&amp;nbsp; battery low. How is that possible when it's connect to socket all the time. I use nest stand. I try another cable and it's still thesame. After manual charging battery (around 2h) stay active for not even 24h. But still it's offline. Any advice?? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It appears that your thermostat is not holding a charge — let's see what's going on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you tell us what &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3V6YnRH" target="_blank"&gt;type&lt;/A&gt; of Nest Thermostat you have? Are you getting any message codes? Also, please check the power readouts from the technical info settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I spoke with Google support and they say it's problem with display. I exchange allready for new one. Again learning 3th generation l hope will work. I'm not expert but in technical info/power showing me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;battery 3.926V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vusb 5.11V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vin 0.00V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lin 200mA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why vin it's 0? On you tube movie showing around 40V. For me showing 0 on old and new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We really need to get this sorted to get our heating controlled. We have a baby and temperature has been so cold se we need to ensure we keep the temperature moderated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
