Not switching

for some strange reason my 3rd gen nest is playing up, it was working and now it’s stopped, I run a heating schedule, but it’s not turning the heating on , I have reset the heat link and the thermostat, still not turning on, but if I do a manual test via the thermostat and select heating it works

any ideas ?

further to this it’s seems that the thermostat can not or is not communicating fully with the heatlink , pressing the override button on the heatlink does nothing the lights come on but does not fire the boiler, but if I do a heat test from the thermostat it does , if I turn the temp up on the thermostat it does not fire the boiler , what is going on , tried the factory defaults etc still not working

Having a similar problem, everything was working fine and then when i set the heating schedule the thermostat was showing on but not switching on the heating, but if i manually increase the heat setting on the thermostat it switches the heating on, Every thing works as normal after that, until the following day, then same problem
