You have a heat pump system.

Do you know if you have Aux heat like electric heating coils that kick on in really cold weather?

This system you have will not work with the regular Nest non learning because you have Aux heat, and W, and O/B wires.

You need the Nest Learning for this system.

I found that I have a heat pump with emergency heat, which cannot be handled by the Nest Thermostat, so I went and bought a Nest Learning Thermostat and have it working properly at this time. Thank you.
