    <description>&lt;P&gt;Rc is red for the cooling system aka AC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rh is red for the heating system&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So are there actually 2 red wires coming from the wall, or is there a jumper wire on the old tstat connecting Rh and Rc?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What other wires do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Post a pic of old tstat wiring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
