&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. It looks like the wiring of your current thermostat is proprietary. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3dpcsEx" target="_blank"&gt;pro installer&lt;/A&gt; to be compatible.&lt;/P&gt;
