Nest Thermostat Gen 3 wiring

I’ve had my Nest installed and running fine since May, but during the colder months now it keeps my AC unit outside on at times for no apparent reason. The house has a heat pump and outdoor AC unit that connect to a thermostat upstairs and one downstairs. Below is what the original thermostats wiring looked like before I switched to Nest.

Below is what Nest shows as wiring setup inside the app and how it’s wired on the units. Do I need to change the wiring around to get my system working probably?

For reference here is the original thermostat plate without wiring and the back that thermostat.
