My nest keep saying. Heat in 2hours +. How do I bypass that? What can I do to fix that? Can a reset help?

It means it will take 2+ hours to get to the temperature the tstat is set to. You could turn the heat balance to more comfort as opposed to balanced or energy savings, but your bill will go up.
