Temp sensor and Goggle Home app

Any updates on Home App to integrate with temp sensor or should I keep using Nest App?

I want to add Nest cameras and they are compatible with Home App only...so...

would I have to use Nest for the temp sensors and Home for the cameras?

The was no answer to my questions:

a) is there any updates in the horizon for Google Home App to support nest temp sensors?

b) is there any updates in the horizon on Nest app support Nest cameras?

I have both cameras AND temp sensors.

c) Do I have to use both apps?
