Nest thermostat

I tried to connect my thermostat. I had one wiring wrong and had to start over. Now the system will not connect Says couldn’t connect may need to reset. I cannot reset because it never connected. I think it is still trying to connect to the first configuration. Help please

Could you please send us a photo of the wiring on your old and new thermostats? Also, please make sure to follow the wire set-up instructions and ensure that you select the appropriate wires during the set-up process.
