Hey Trinyas,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you're using? What type of HVAC system do you have? How is your Nest Thermostat wired? Also, What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
