Nest Learning Compatability

Hello. I believe the Nest Learning Stat is compatible with my old wiring but wanted someone to confirm that before I opened the package. There is a jumper wire from Y to W and I'm not sure what that means. Thank you!

Hi. Thanks for the reply and follow-up. I contacted Nest directly and they told me to remove any jumper wires. They are not needed with this Nest. I have been good to go since Nov 1 and love my Nest Learning Therm. Happy Holidays.
