Installed a NEW nest thermostat, getting the dreaded N72 wiring error!

So, just installed a NEST thermostat and I am getting this error message, N72. Was just on the phone with Google support and to be honest, they didn't really help me out. Now, I should note that I have a previous edition thermostat upstairs in my house wired the same and works perfectly. Any advice/input is appreciated.

Looks normal.

This article says if you get the N72 but the power is normal you can dismiss the error and it should not pop up again.

Thanks, Houptee. From what it looks like, a bunch of people is experiencing the same issue. You would think that GOOGLE would address the issue. Funny thing, I have the same setup on my upstairs NEST and have no errors. Once again, thank you and have a Happy New Year!

@sandman512, I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you after the installation. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

N72 means "power wire detected but not connected to equipment." Try to inspect your system's control panel and ensure that it's properly connected, and tap and hold the thermostat screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh. At the moment, please keep observing your thermostat's behavior and don't hesitate to reply if the same issue persists.
