Hello, we just installed this yesterday and we hear air conditioner running but it's not cooling. Been 60-70 outside but 84 in house. I made sure wires right & updated system but went from 2HR to 1 1/2 HR. Is this normal? We live in Florida and I have had windows open because this isn't working. I'm ready to go back to old way

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
