Heating comes on at night even though nest stat is off

My heating comes on randomly at night even though the stat is actually set to off and showing off. I have switched off all the automation in the app but it still does this. Just last night the radiators were on at 4am but checking the nest app, it was showing as off? Screen shot of my settings above. Safety temp set to off. Any help please.

I had the same problem for ages,I was finally told by an agent by phone that I was setting my schedule temperature wrongly , I set my schedule to 18C at 6 am continuing on until 7.30 pm, still at 18C, apparently the thermostat learned that my best temperature was18c, so was bringing the heating on to keep it at that temperature even though the timer was off, I reset the end temperature to minimum temperature 9C and has not come on overnight since, hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. I have no schedule set. I deleted everything and no learning so now just use the stat as a manual stat. 🤷‍♂️

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
