Heat link 3rd generation is dead

I have had 2 nest 3rd generation professionally installed in June 21 by my energy provider company. Today one of the two heatlink died, no more,lights despite having power feed. I power cycle the heating circuit breaker not to avail as only the second heatlink came back up. There wasn't any power cuts in our area.

I got a H71 code, tried to manually overdue but the heatlinf is just dead. Not ideal in the middle of winter with a 6 month baby at home.

Can someone let me know how to get the heatlink replaced?

If it is not defective, you have already tried the steps to get a heat link up and running.
Please contact Google Nest Support.

They can probably help you out with replacing the heat link.

Thank you for the quick reply and recommendations.i will. Ont at tech support to get it replaced. Additional jumper for the whole family in the meantime
