Best compatibility check

I was advised by the compatibility checker to verify if my system is compatible. We’re currently running a 24v system and the wiring as as pictured. Is my system compatible? On the wiring front, other than just porting the wires to the equivalent ports on the nest, is there anything I need to do? I’m assuming I would not need to bridge RH and RC like I do in my current system.
