Is my system compatible with the nest learning thermostat? I’ve done the compatibility test and first got that I’m compatible, then when I tried to start the app setup process it says it’s not…

Would greatly appreciate any help I can get! If not compatible, what do I need to do/buy to have a Nest thermostat of whatever kind?
