Priblemas de apagado

Mi termostato en invierno se apaga sólo, deja de funcionar la calefacción, tengo que encenderlo yo misma desde mi cel. Ademas también sucede que cuando pasas por donde está, que detecta que alguien pasó es que enciende, se activa el NEST sólo sin nadie programarlo, eso no está correcto, necesito que me digan por favor qué debo hacer porque en la app he buscado y no me dice lo que necesito saber. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
