Looks like blue goes to Y which is for the AC to kick on so it is not a C common wire.

If there is a spare wire in the cable coming out of the wall (probably a yellow wire but can be any color) then you would be able to connect it as a C wire if you also went to the furnace and found the C terminal screw and connected it.

Your old thermostat has a red wire on the RH with a jumper to RC, a yellow/dull white wire on W, and blue wire on Y and a green wire on G.
