Hi my Nest thermostat no longer displays on the dock it has a flashing green light. If I remove it and use the micro USB it displays but it just asks to be returned to the dock. It has been unresponsive to any reset or boot attempts.

Hey Callummcc,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did the issue first occur? Are the power breakers on, and do you receive power to your home? Is the thermostat's display seated properly? Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)? Also, what country are you located in?
