We can't really say much based on the provided picture, as that is just an old thermostat. For the EU, we need to check the type of system at the location. You mention that it is a combi boiler, in that case it should be compatible. However, we have a compatibility tool and page you can check out for more information here. Hi yes tried the compatibility page but as they is no labels on wires wasn't that helpful my compi boiler is a valliant eco pro 28 if that is any help thanks

I cannot see any reason why your boiler would not work, but as mentioned earlier you need to know your system. I have one way or another managed to get a system wired with a Nest, so anything is possible. The thermostat you show just shows the wires going to your system, that type of stat is just like a switch, but heat related. The Nest has the Heat Link, that makes the install a little more involved, but not impossible. The boiler information is not enough, it’s the system you need to know. Checking the compatibility site will not really help you in this situation.
Check this out to see exactly what I mean for your system. Ie: Y plan S plan etc., etc.

Hi yes took a look it's says it's compatible only concern I have is my wiring is not labeled I have a red wire and a yellow and a green and yellow thanks

The wires are not necessarily relevant for determining the compatibility of the Nest Thermostat for the UK. If you selected your country and went through all the questions of the Compatibility Checker, and it resulted in your system being compatible with Nest, then it is. Also I saw above that you have a combi boiler, which is for certain compatible with the Nest Thermostats.

You can check out this link here to see different installation examples and instructions for the installation. While generally you can try and assume a certain wire colour has a particular use, like yellow and green for earth, this may not be the case sometimes, as an installer could have used any wire colour when setting something up. It would be best to either test each wire using a multimeter, if you are comfortable in doing so, or get in touch with an installer or electrician to make sure of what each wire is.

The earth wire can be connected in the Heat Link to the grounding terminal. You can see which terminal that is in the link above with the installation instructions.
