Eco is a pain!

Eco keeps switching on when I don't want it to. It happens constantly when I use my phone to turn on the heat. Whether I am home or away it doesn't matter it still happens. I've had this issue for years & in the past I've gone through every setting possible with a member of the tech team & still it has not been fixed. It drives me mad when I come home & realise its after turning itself off yet again! Any help would be much appreciated

Could you please give the case number? Disabling Home/Away Assist would help to avoid random temperature mode changes.
