Attached are photos of my 2 existing thermostats wiring and the new nest

I have several questions re wiring & compatibility:

Is the Nest compatible with the 4 wire thermostat or do I need a 5th wire?

If so what do I do?

Where does the blue wire go on the 5 wire Thermostat go on the Nest?

Im not 100% . But on mine the blue is "C"
