Thermostat offline in nest app

Nest thermostat (installed by a professional) shows its connected to wifi and works properly, but the nest app on 2 iphones shows the thermostat is offline. Please help fix this problem as having the app is the only reason we purchased the Nest.

I’ve restarted the thermostat, reinstalled the nest app, and reconnected wifi. I dont know what else to do. HELP!
