Nest Thermostat - how to keep it cooling 24/7 at 58 degrees

Hello - I recently put a new gen Nest thermostat in my wine cellar.

How do I keep the nest constantly cooling at 58 degrees. it keeps changing to eco mode on the away mode.

should i just turn the home/away function off - if so how do i do this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. I'd love to help.

It appears that your thermostat detects that you're away, so it changes to "Away" status unexpectedly. To keep your temperature set, disabling the Home and Away Assist would help. Also, clearing all the schedules might be needed so it won't change the temperature randomly.
