My current thermostat to the Mitsubishi mini split(heats and cools) has two wires A & B, red and white; how do I wire it up to my Nest?

Your mini split system does not use the typical 24 V system control. The Mitsubishi uses a digital communications over the two wires and is therefore not compatible with the Nest or any traditional thermostat in fact.
