Thermostat - constantly states wifi disconnected

just recently installed my nest thermostat. was working fine then lately constantly says wifi disconnected on the unit itself everytime i walk by, however, i can still connect to it from phone, make changes, etc..

so is it truly disconnected?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. Let's see what's going on.

This might be a power-related concern as to why it drops on your Wi-Fi network. To isolate: could you please tell us the model of your Nest thermostat? Does it have a C-wire or a Nest Power Connector? Also, please check its power readouts on "Equipment" settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020 model and "Technical Info" for the Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E.
