Hi we have just had a new boiler with a nest learning stat my wife's phone has connected and been setup ok. However my phone , Samsung s21plus I cannot connect to it. Any idea why please

Hi Mikewinter,

Thanks for reaching out.

Nest Thermostats could only be added in one account. Inviting you as a home member will let you have access to control the thermostat. To do that, you both need to install a Google Home app.

Please follow these guides:

Go to the Google Home app then select the home structure you want to share.
Tap the plus sign at the top left corner then look for the Invite home member option then select invite person.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite then tap Next.
Review the person's access to the home then tap Send.
Check your email or Google Home app to accept the invitation and follow the prompt to complete the process.
