Rush hour rewards cant unenroll

I been on the phone with Google for 2 hours to try and unenroll with the rush hour rewards program. I think this is crazy you can't find no help to turn this dum feature off. Google and con Ed failed me.

I just sat on a call with Google for 45 minutes to unenroll, which they say can only be accomplished by calling in. After putting me on hold three times during that call they finally said they will send me instruction via email for how to unenroll. To help other frustrated users I thought I'd include those here.

How to cancel Nest Rush Hour on line:

On a computer

Sign into the Nest Renew portal.
Choose the home with the Nest Renew subscription that you want to cancel.
At the top right, click the Google Account icon.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one you used to enroll in Nest Renew for the account you wish to cancel.
Tap Settings › Cancel (next to your Nest Renew ID number).

On a mobile device

Sign into the Nest Renew portal.
Choose the home with the Nest Renew subscription that you want to cancel.
At the top right, tap the Google Account icon.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one you used to enroll in Nest Renew for the account you wish to cancel.
At the top left, tap Menu E.
Next to the home address, tap the down arrow y
A list of homes that are connected to Nest Renew will appear. Choose the home with the Nest Renew subscription that vou want to cancel.
Tap Settings > Cancel (next to your Nest Renew ID number).
