That appears to be a line-voltage thermostat which is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats if you are located in the US/Canada market. If you are located in the UK/European market I don't think the Google Nest Thermostat is avaible.

@dhia1990, thanks for keeping up with our Nest Thermostat. High-voltage thermostats frequently have two to four thick wires coming out of them and are installed into the wall, which are not Nest compatible. Due to the high voltage they transport, high-voltage thermostats should only be installed or removed by professionals.

thank you for asking ,the technician said that the thermostat output of my boiler are 230 v , so my nest isn't compatible with it .

Hello there,

Thanks for letting me know. In some cases, it’s possible that your system can be made Nest Thermostat-compatible by having them install a step-down transformer to 20–30 V to your system.

Hi dhia1990,

If it is a heating-only system, connect the designated wires to the W/W1 terminal and the power wire to the R/Rh terminal at Nest. You can verify the use of these wires on your system's control board.
