W wire not recognized

Hi i just recieved the nest power connector for my thermostat. After connecting the wiring to the nest thermostat it will no longer recognize the W wire even thou ive checked multiple times if it is correctly in... any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Tj101,

It shows that your thermostat detects the wire mechanically but not electrically, but a proper configuration and installation would fix it. Could you please share the photo on how the Nest Power Connector installed? Also, please check your thermostat's power info on its equipment settings and make sure that its software is updated.
