Hey team!

I have a Boiler which heats up baseboard radiators.

Controlling the boiler is this unit:

I see there is a 24VAC, COM, EXT+, EXT-.

Unsure where my current Black and White wire are connected to, But I am open to try connecting it as per the instructions!

Is this plug and play for a installation of my Nest Gen 3 Learning??

I don't think your thermostat is connected to that control.

Do you have only 2 wires at the old Tstat? If you have a spare wire in the cable you can connect it as a C common wire but you need to provide pics of the boiler where the thermostat wires connect.

Look for the wire usually brown cable that comes from your tstat and follow it to the boiler connection point.
