The first thing we need to do is verify which terminal that blue wire connects to in the furnace/air handler. A couple of manufacturers sometimes make the B terminal in the thermostat the C wire.

Take a look at the terminal block on the control board in them furnace/air handler and see what the blue wire is connected to.
