Power outage for Nest Thermostat (removable battery model)

I have a question about behavior after a 3 day power outage. I have a C wire feeding the unit.

1. Will the two aa removable batteries be depleted ?

If so, what happens when the power returns after three days?

I plan to leave town for a week or two and power outages of multi days can happen here in new england. Just want to know what happens after the power comes back
