It's very clear from below link that Google Nest Thermostat can niether be added to Nest app not it's compatible with Nest temperature sensor.

I am writing this post to if anyone can suggest me a temperature sensor which is compatible with this Google Nest thermostat.

If not, I feel this is utter nonsense that you sell a products with "Nest" name under it which has nothing to do with Nest themostats other than it's round design.

It's waste of time and money both.

Hi Jake, I bought this NEST thermostat which only works with Google home and not NEST app.

That's not a major issue. But now I purchased a NEST temperature sensor which wont pair with either NEST app or Google home app because NEST thermostat is not on NEST app.

?Can you help either with
1) Help me get the NEST temperature sensor.
2) Any way to Upgrade my thermostat without me taking a monetary loss on existing NEST thermostat.
