New unit set-up

I had to buy a new iPhone Nest Learning Thermostat. During set up it asked whether my equipment included a Humidifier. Not knowing for sure, I said yes which led to the next screen to specify further details, but I subsequently learned I don't have a humidifier. Now the unit is stuck between that second specifications screen for humidifier details and the first equipment screen where I specified that I had a humidifier. Can't get out of the loop.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

If you're still stuck in a loop, try to press and hold the thermostat screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh. Then, proceed with the initial setup and continue with its correct configuration. But to ensure your systems' configuration, could you please share with us a photo of your previous and current thermostats' wiring?
